How can you contact us?

We try to get back to every email as quickly as possible but please allow 24-48 hours for a reply from our team. Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday from 9AM EST to 4PM EST. However, there may be delayed response times during holidays and promotions.
When will my order ship?
For all in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed - this does not include shipping times.
If there is any issue with your order, we will reach out to you via the email listed on your order in a timely manner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been packed and shipped out with the respective carrier.
What currency are the prices listed in?
Our prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). However, we do have a currency converter that will automatically change the currency listed depending on your location.
Currently shipping to Canada & the US only.
How should I wash/care for the clothing?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours.
No Bleach.
Tumble dry low. (Or hang to dry for longer life, it's how we do it)
Do not iron.
Do not dry clean.
Are the clothing unisex sizing?
Yes. The clothing are unisex sizing and fit can be chosen depending on your preference of fit.
Size up to achieve a loose fit. That's the way we like to wear ours :)
How can I return my purchase?
